Bao Boys got up running nearly five years ago and now calls the lot behind the York cafe in Ann Arbor home. Los Angeles transplants Steven Choi and Brian Kim had no formal culinary training prior to launching the truck, but are avid home cooks who saw an opening in the market. The Bao Boys Truck employs people in recovery and understands our mission.
