A1 Rental has been serving the Ann Arbor area since 1957. We rent tools and construction equipment, which include mini loaders and excavators, aerial lifts, concrete saws and breakers, lawn & garden tools, scaffolding, water removal tools, floor polishers and sanders, and more. We are here to help anyone from the do-it yourselfer to a general contractor. We also deliver anything within our inventory.
We have a small team of 6 full time employees but are always keeping an eye out for quality workers. We have a history of helping several people in recovery get back on their feet and are within walking distance of some transitional housing. We’re also on the city bus route. We are open 6 days a week and can provide a flexible schedule to accommodate those that have other obligations.
